Philip Roggio, Clinical Psychology Registrar

Philip's career began as a tradesman and small business owner, where he recognised that many personal and professional challenges often stem from deeper emotional origins. This insight led him to spend the next 16 years studying psychology and working with Emotional Strength® – a personal development approach that has informed his own growth and now underpins aspects of his clinical work.
Drawing on a combination of lived experience, formal clinical training, and emotional insight, Philip offers a grounded therapeutic approach where clients feel heard and supported.
Philip works with adults and young people across a range of psychological concerns, including personal, family, and relationship challenges, as well as physical health issues. He is trained in the Emotional Strength® approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and psychodynamic-informed interventions, tailoring treatment to the needs of each individual.
He is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and Associate Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (AMACPA). Profile listed on Psychology Today.
Rozenn Sallic, Executive Assistant
Rozenn is the heart of our office operations at Clear Perceptions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As Executive Assistant, she brings exceptional organisational skills and a proactive mindset to her role. Rozenn is responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and supporting our team in delivering seamless service.
A performance-driven and self-motivated professional, Rozenn has over fifteen years of experience in Business Administration, Management, and Recruitment. Her background includes roles as a Business Team Lead and Mobilisation Advisor in the mining and agribusiness sectors, where she honed her leadership and project coordination skills. With a people-oriented approach, Rozenn’s main interest is in changing how we approach emotions in a corporate environment.
Rozenn’s dedication to optimising operations and streamlining processes has made her a key asset in helping Clear Perceptions maintain a high standard of excellence for both our team and our clients.
